Dr. Mohamad Mtairek is a dedicated professor with a passion for teaching Business Administration. Born in Lebanon in 1970, he has built a strong academic and entrepreneurial background. He earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2013, following a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management from Davenport University in 2006. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Davenport University in 2004.

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Mtairek is the founder of five successful Middle Eastern cuisine restaurants under the name Shish Kabob Express. His dissertation research focused on the challenges and failures faced by small restaurant businesses, reflecting his deep understanding of the industry.
